CodeOcean

CodeOcean is an online resource for researchers using computational approaches in their work. You can use it to share code publically as well as share code privately with research collaborators. CodeOcean uses containerization to package the code, data, and environment together, allowing researchers to run and reproduce work from any web browser with zero installation.

DataLad

DataLad is a command-line data management and version control tool, especially well suited for large data files and continuous workflows on research teams. DataLad allows teams to track metadata and permissions for data files without having to check file contents into git directly. 

Whole Tale

Whole Tale is an open-source, web-based platform for reproducible research via executable research objects called "tales" which encompasses data code and software environments. Currently in Beta.
