Citing

When citing, give the date the search was completed and the name of the database. In general, first give the name of the database, the date searched, and the name of the code searched. When listing how one would obtain the code, repeat the name of the database, the portion of the database searched, and the code's mnemonic. If citing multiple codes from one portion of the database, it is not necessary to cite the individual codes.
