Compilation of public opinion surveys conducted in the United States and more than 80 other countries. Each record includes the question asked and the responses given, the polling organization responsible for the work, the date the information was released, the sample size, and the groups or areas included in the interview.

Germany: public opinion polls

OMGUS (Office of Military Government of the United States for Germany)

From the beginning of the U.S. occupation of Germany after WWII, the Opinion Survey Section of OMGUS conducted polls of public opinion on a wide range of topics within the occupied territory. Polls were conducted by the United States Information Agency from 1949-1955.
