These files also deal with Eastern Europe, but to a lesser extent. The reels are organized by country. The collection contains cables and letters from diplomatic personnel; reports of meetings with foreign government officials and leaders; transcripts of speeches; and political, economic, and diplomatic assessments analyzing relations with foreign governments."
