Scholarly Communication Brown Bag Series for Librarians and Library Staff
From May to August, the Scholarly Communications Office will offer a series of Brown-Bag Discussions for librarians and library staff on topics pertaining to Scholarly Communication. The brown-bag series will be led by Yuan Li, Scholarly Communications Librarian, and aims to help librarians and library staff better understand changes and issues in Scholarly Communication, the current practice/implementation at Princeton, new models of publishing, and the future roles for libraries, librarians and library staff. This will be an opportunity to learn from peers and to be prepared for new roles coming your way in the near future.
Location: Multi-Purpose room at Firestone
Dates: May 13th, June 10th, July 15th, and August 12th
Time: 12:00PM – 1:00PM
Format: 15-20 minutes presentation in the beginning followed by 40-45 minutes discussion
