This guide provides resources for creating biographies of scientists nominated for the Council on Science  and Technology's Scientist Spotlight.

When using the internet to find sources for biographical information, please consider the reliability of the source. Cornell University Library has created a nice overview for Critically Analyzing Information Sources and Wikipedia has very thorough guidelines on Reliable Sources. When in doubt, consult a librarian.
