  • Turning Zotero into a Database

Qualitative Analysis with MAXQDA

Description: This workshop will introduce students to qualitative data analysis using MAXQDA software. Students will learn how to import and organize their text data; develop and implement thematic “codes” to classify text segments and discover emergent patterns; and build their empirical “story” by writing analytic memos and synthesizing codes. We will also explore several tools in MAXQDA that help researchers “see” and chart patterns in their data.

Description: In this introduction to GIS workshop, you will use ArcGIS Pro software to explore geographic data, tables and create maps. This workshop will also show how to use the GIS Portal site that Princeton University Library hosts to add geographic data downloaded over the internet, and analyze data and create maps and then share them with the public. No previous GIS experience is needed to take this workshop.
