Researchers often use data for their research or course projects. When thinking of a research question, it is important to make sure that the project is feasible and data are available. To identify a dataset that may be suitable to answer your research question, you should start with a literature review. When reading previous research, pay attention to the datasets and methods used to address similar research questions.
The Princeton University Library has access to many datasets. The Library's data holdings could be found at the Data Catalog. The data search could be filtered by topic, country, region and format. Searches could be also conducted by typing the study title or keywords in the "Search" box at the top of the page.
