The Judging Committee of the 2024 Elmer Adler Book Collecting Prize is pleased to announce this year’s winners.
This year’s Undergraduate Prize was awarded to Grace Rocker ’24, an English major with certificates in Urban Studies and Gender and Sexuality Studies, for her collection of “Meta-zines, or Zines about Zines.”
Two co-winners were named for this year’s Graduate Prize. Charmaine Branch, doctoral candidate in the Department of Art & Archaeology, was awarded the Graduate Prize for her collection of “Exhibition Catalogs of Modern and Contemporary Art of the Black Diaspora.” Dennis Schäfer, doctoral candidate in the German Department, was awarded the Graduate Prize for his collection of “Illustrated Editions of Works by E.T.A. Hoffmann.”
All finalists this year are to be congratulated for their thoughtfully crafted collections.
