Campus is located in Princeton, N.J., approximately one mile west of U.S. Route 1.
Weekday visitor parking is available at Stadium Drive Garage (map: Princeton Stadium Drive Garage; lat./long. “40.345037, -74.644822”), with frequent TigerTransit (campus bus) service to stops on Washington Road, Nassau Street and University Place. Visitors using the garage are asked to register for a daily parking permit. Registration can be done online in advance or at the garage during arrival.
On weekends and evenings, visitors may also park in most other University lots and garages. Metered parking is available on streets around campus.
Visitors participating in Admission tours starting at 36 University Place (adjacent to the Princeton University Store) should follow parking instructions provided during their registration process.
Colloquium Space is right across from the Goheen Walk Stop on Washington Road. Shuttles to/from the Stadium Garage and Princeton Junction train station make this stop
TigerTransit’s shuttle routes circulate through main campus and make connections to the Princeton and Princeton Junction train stations, Forrestal campus, the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory and several grocery stores. Late-night on-demand service is available.
New Jersey Transit operates local bus routes in the area.
The Princeton rail station connects campus to the Northeast Corridor line at Princeton Junction station. Northbound NJ Transit trains passing through Princeton Junction provide direct service to New York City and Newark Liberty International Airport. A southbound transfer to the SEPTA regional rail Trenton Line train at Trenton provides service to Philadelphia. Amtrak trains connect Princeton Junction to Washington, D.C., Boston and the broader region. When you arrive at Princeton Junction you can take the Dinky train to University/Main campus then about a 10-15 minute walk to colloquium space or wait for the University shuttle. Cabs to/from $ 15-20, RideShare $ 10-15.
