China Real Estate Statistics is an annual publication with the core of development of real estate, which is published cooperatively by China Index Research Institute and Office for National Statistics. It compiles the economic data of real estate in all country and 35 large and medium cities, and the bulletin data of real estate development investment.
Provides rent estimates by starting with fully representative median rent statistics for recent movers taken from the Census Bureau American Community Survey. Data is then extrapolated forward to the current month using a growth rate calculated from their listing data.
Has Zillow Real Estate Metrics - median home prices, rental prices, % homes sold for loss or gain, foreclosures, and other real estate values at the zip code, county and state level. (Data planet, browse by subject, housing and construction, Zillow)
InfoGroup Historic Residential - The data contains publicly available information, such as location, residential length, real estate property features, and estimated values, such as household wealth, income, and property values. Data from 2006-2017.
