LANGUAGE COURSES OFFERED AT PRINCETON

Princeton acknowledges a variety of Summer Language Programs that are offered at institutions in the United States and abroad.

READING PROFICIENCY EXAMS

Some graduate students may be expected to take Reading Proficiency Exams in order to fulfill their department's language requirements.

The Graduate School at Princeton University offers an intensive Summer Language Program in selected foreign languages to assist graduate students in acquiring a reading proficiency "normally adequate to satisfy departmental language requirements".
