Faculty and Professional Staff Files, 1764-2009 (AC107)
The collection consists of personnel files for nearly every individual at one time employed as a member of Princeton University's faculty or professional staff. The files contain public record information, such as press releases and newspaper clippings. The files also contain the official personnel record maintained by the university, correspondence and in some cases, manuscript material. See finding aid for access and restriction information.
Board of Trustees Records, 1746-2008 (AC120)
These records, which include minutes, reflect actions taken by the Trustees including the appointment of faculty, tutors and staff, as well as awarding honorary degrees. The records are closed for 50 years from the date of their creation.
Honorary Degree Records, 1749-2001 (AC106)
Consists of files pertaining to honorary degree recipients throughout Princeton University's history. The files often contain newspaper clippings, official correspondence, a commencement program and photographs of the event. Not all honorary degree recipients are represented within these files.
Alumni and Faculty Offprint Collection, 1800-1975 (AC121)
This collection consists of offprints of articles written by Princeton alumni and faculty; however, in some instances the articles are written about an individual alumni or faculty member. The offprints generally consist of journals, published articles, speeches, lectures, sermons, memorials, and articles from scientific journals and magazines. It is not an exhaustive collection.
