Share citations and collaborate vis Folders or Projects!

Using sharing Folders or Projects, you can share your RefWorks library or specific folders within your library with friends, colleagues, and more.

Share reading lists with an entire class, with individual students, with research partners, project teams, clubs, or any group or individual you are collaborating with.

Choose to Share Folders

When you want to share a folder with others, simply go to the folder and click Share -> Share folder on top menu, or click on Shre in More options menu next to folder name in My Folders list. You can share in the following ways:

  • Select to share folder with entire institution
  • Select to share vie Public URL; recipients do not need a RefWorks account to view or download references, or create bibliography.

Select to share with users who have RefWorks accounts and give access to Read, Annotate or Modify.
