Here is a list of the databases I recommend for patent searching:
- Scopus (Literature and Patent Searching)The U.S. and European patent databases are are available via Scopus
- Google PatentsAll patents available through Google Patent Search come from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- WIPOWorld Intellectual Property Organization, is a specialized agency within the United Nations and provides searchable access to over 74 million documents related to patents.
SciFinder also includes patents.
