ACLU User Agreement Form

Researchers requesting remote access to materials from the ACLU collection are required to fill out the above ACLU User Agreement form and send the completed form to us at mudd@princeton.edu

Requesting Copies of Materials

The Seeley G. Mudd Manuscript Library offers a variety of imaging services which vary by type of material and product needed. For the ACLU collection, we can generally provide PDF copies of any open materials, which you will receive about 3-4 weeks after receipt of payment for your order. If you are submitting a request for materials that have not yet been reviewed, please allow up to an additional 10 business days for the materials to be reviewed. See the ACLU Access Restrictions pages for more information.

Please use the finding aids to identify the specific materials you wish to have copied, and provide the collection name(s), box number(s), and folder number(s) or folder title(s) for these materials. Please note that for all imaging orders there is a 1,000 page limit per researcher per year and a 500 page limit per six-month period.

If you have not already done so, we would also ask that you please create a Special Collections Research Account. This allows us to properly circulate the request on your behalf to our Imaging Services. Here is a link to the Special Collections Research Account login/registration page: https://libweb10.princeton.edu/aeon/

Please view all the details on ordering on the Mudd Library's website.
