Using Zotero at Princeton

Zotfile is a Zotero "plugin" you can install to manage your attachments: automatically rename, move, and attach PDFs (or other files) to Zotero items, sync PDFs from your Zotero library to your (mobile) PDF reader (e.g. an iPad, Android tablet, etc.) and extract annotations from PDF files.

How to install Zotfile

Open Chrome or Firefox browser:

1. Download Zotfile
2. Open your Zotero application
3. Go to Tools -> Add ons
4. Click on the icon
5. Click on “Install Add on from File”
6. Navigate to the .xpi file you downloaded and double click
7. Restart Zotero Zotfile will update automatically from now on.
