Instructions on how to use our Canon copiers in the library to print, copy, scan, and fax.

Print and Retrieve Printouts

To print a document, select TigerPrint or TigerPrint Color as your printer. Go to your printer of choice and using any of the following methods to release your job.

  1. Tap your Princeton ID card at the printer.
  2. Log in with your netID on the printer touchscreen.
  3. Scan the printer’s QR code with your smartphone

To retrieve your printouts, go to any new Canon copier and scan your Princeton ID card on the reader:

This will log you into the touch panel.

Select “Print Release” from the touchscreen:

Select the jobs you wish to release and click “Print”.

You must have your Princeton ID card, as only you can release your print jobs.

You will have up to 4 hours from when you press print on your computer to release the job at a copier before it expires. If expired, you will need to send the job again.
