The National Science and Technology Council Subcommittee on Research Security has released policy guidance for federal funding agencies related to the National Security Presidential Memo (NSPM-33) that came out January 2021. The NSF has released a new Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG) effective as of October 4, 2021.
