The Library has services available to help when materials are not available on site at Princeton!
Borrow Direct: Borrow books with this rapid, patron-initiated borrowing and lending service offered by Princeton University Library and our partner libraries -- Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, Harvard, Johns Hopkins University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford, University of Chicago, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale. Visit Borrow Direct's home page for more info about this service.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL): Place requests to borrow books, journals, obtain copies of articles, chapters of books, film, music and countless other types of material, via a huge range of global institutions. This service is much broader in what it obtains for students than Borrow Direct but it is not a rapid delivery service. Click here for more info on ILL.
