Overview

Located at the lower level of Wallace Hall, the Stokes Library, one of Princeton's 10 libraries, houses two collection: the Ansley J. Coale Population Research collection and the School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) Reserve Collection.

Stokes Library is open for use by Princeton University students, faculty, and staff with an activated PUID. The Library remains closed to the public and other patrons. A very small number of visitor requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Research consultations with librarians are available to students, faculty and staff in-person, or by e-mail, phone or Zoom. 

Wearing face coverings is required for all patrons at all times, including faculty, students, and staff during Library classroom use. Social distancing is no longer required in Library spaces.
