Princeton University has a science library, designed by Frank Gehry, and largely funded by Peter Lewis "55.
The Peter B. Lewis Library that holds the collections:
Astrophysics, Biology (Ecology and Evolutionary Biology & Molecular Biology), Chemistry, Geosciences, Mathematics and Physics, and Psychology & Neurosciences.
The Peter B. Lewis Library was completed and opened by September, 2008. Princeton University also has SEAS, the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The new Engineering Library, which opened in Sept. 2001, as part of the Friend Center, is across Olden St. from the E-QUAD, and there is a Plasma Physics Library located on the Forrestal Campus as part of the U.S. DOE's Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. We do not have a medical or agricultural school, but we take pride in supplying any needs that arise from these disciplines. PUL supports the Environmental Studies Program.
