The Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA), formerly the Industrial Relations Research Association (IRRA) has published a Research Volume annually for decades. Scholars and practitioners contribute to the LERA (formerly IRRA) Research Volume to produce articles and essays, edited by LERA members, for members of the labor and employment relations community.

Princeton's LERA membership provides electronic access to Research Volumes published from 1954 to present (with a delay).
