There have been at least three student theater groups at Princeton called “University Players":
- The first was made up of Theater Intime members who performed during the summers in Falmouth, Massachusetts starting in 1928.
- The second, which styled and named itself after the first, performed to acclaim most summers from 1948 to 1960.
- The third group, which started in 1986 and is still active, performs musical theater and is unrelated to the first two.
